Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the betbd7 platform at betbd7.net — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and betbd7 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the betbd7 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

betbd7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register a betbd7 account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a betbd7 employee or contractor.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate applicable local laws. betbd7 does not accept registrations from countries subject to international sanctions.

2.2 Registration Process

To create a betbd7 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a secure password. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the platform.

betbd7 may request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any time betbd7 reasonably suspects that account details are inaccurate or that suspicious activity has occurred. Supported identity documents include national ID cards, passports, and other government-issued photographic identification.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betbd7 login credentials. betbd7 will never request your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you unless you notify betbd7 of unauthorised access immediately. betbd7 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

All deposits into your betbd7 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where payment is made from an account, wallet, or card belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. betbd7 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and approved cryptocurrency gateways.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day is subject to the limits published in the betbd7 banking section and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are typically credited to your betbd7 account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider.

betbd7 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of betbd7. betbd7 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used for your most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawals are processed in BDT only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad accounts are typically processed within 10–30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Requests submitted outside peak hours may take up to 2 hours.

Before processing any withdrawal, betbd7 may require completion of the identity verification process. This includes, but is not limited to, submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. betbd7 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of verification.

3.3 Transaction Disputes

If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your account correctly, or that a withdrawal has not been processed within the stated timeframe, please contact betbd7 support via live chat with your transaction reference number and the amount involved. betbd7 will investigate the matter and respond within 48 hours of receiving all required information.

Betting & Gaming Rules

4.1 Sports Betting

All bets placed on the betbd7 sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. Cricket betting markets — including those covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures — are governed by the event-specific rules published in the betbd7 sportsbook at the time the market is offered. In the event of abandonment, postponement, or a result that cannot be determined under normal scoring conditions, betbd7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules regarding bet acceptance during active play. betbd7 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, particularly during significant in-game events such as wickets, injury stoppages, or video review situations. Bets accepted before a market suspension will stand unless otherwise specified in the relevant market rules.

4.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games on betbd7 use certified RNG technology or, in the case of live casino tables, are conducted by licensed provider studios (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) via real-time video streaming. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are provided by the respective game developers and are available on request. betbd7 does not manipulate or adjust individual game outcomes.

4.3 Card Games

betbd7's card game offerings — including Callbreak and Lucky Dragons — operate under the specific rules published in each game's interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before wagering real money. betbd7 is not responsible for losses arising from misunderstanding of game rules.

4.4 Bet Voidance

betbd7 reserves the right to void any bet placed where there is evidence of a pricing error, system malfunction, or where the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed. Bets placed on events that were subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or integrity violations may be voided at betbd7's sole discretion pending investigation by the relevant sporting body.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

betbd7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions derived from bonus winnings. In all cases where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion's terms will prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (for example, "20x the bonus amount"), meaning the total amount you must wager before the requirement is satisfied. Progress toward meeting a wagering requirement is tracked in real time in your account dashboard.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, sports bets and slots contribute 100%, while live casino games, card games, and certain jackpot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

betbd7 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using a bonus in a manner designed to achieve a statistically low-risk outcome across multiple markets or outcomes, collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms, and providing false registration information to qualify for a new-player bonus. betbd7 reserves the right to void all bonuses, winnings, and associated bets where bonus abuse is identified, and to close the accounts involved.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betbd7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, or device.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using the platform on behalf of another person or for commercial purposes without written authorisation from betbd7.
• Employing automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without explicit written permission from betbd7.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing anomalies — commonly referred to as "arbing" or "scalping" — in a manner that is inconsistent with normal recreational betting behaviour.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws or regulations.
• Colluding with other players, game participants, or third parties to achieve an unfair advantage in any betting market or game.
• Attempting to manipulate any game outcome, including through the use of external data feeds timed to exploit live market latency.
• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, or harmful to betbd7, its staff, or other users of the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your betbd7 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, betbd7 will process any outstanding balance withdrawal to your registered payment method before the account is closed, provided that all verification requirements have been met and there are no pending investigations related to the account. Account closures are typically processed within 5 business days of the request being received.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

betbd7 offers a self-exclusion programme for players who wish to take a break from gambling or who feel that gambling is becoming a problem. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cooling-off period to permanent self-exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. 7.3 Involuntary Suspension or Closure by betbd7

betbd7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where betbd7 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information.
• Suspicious financial activity or behaviour that triggers betbd7's AML monitoring systems.
• Court order or direction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, betbd7 reserves the right to void all pending bets and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, to forfeit the account balance. Where closure is due to inactivity, betbd7 will apply a dormancy fee as published in the platform's fee schedule before returning any remaining balance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betbd7 and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the betbd7 platform, even if betbd7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betbd7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betbd7 is not responsible for losses arising from platform downtime, network interruptions, or technical failures that are beyond betbd7's reasonable control, including failures caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events.

betbd7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform, regardless of the basis of that claim, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betbd7 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising between you and betbd7 that cannot be resolved through betbd7's internal customer support process shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body as determined by betbd7. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

8.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with betbd7's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms applicable to a particular promotion, constitute the entire agreement between you and betbd7 relating to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.
